JOB DESCRIPTION
 

TITLE:            Interventionist 

QUALIFICATIONS:    

1.    Highly qualified elementary teacher.
2.    Valid regular Illinois Elementary Credential
3.    Teaching Grades 6-8 with middle school endorsement.

REPORTS TO:        Building Administration

JOB GOAL:    Provide support to intense and strategic intervention groups and/or individual. 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Highly qualified elementary teacher.

2.    Valid regular Illinois Elementary Credential
3.    Teaching Grades 6-8 with middle school endorsement.

4. Administer and use assessment data.

5. Use literacy strategies in subject area.

6. Use numeracy strategies in subject area. 

7. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
