Computer/Repair Support Technician
Office Location: Holt, Michigan (South Lansing area)
Experienced in an IT Technical Support Role (1 year preferred)
Demonstrated strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills, written and verbal are required
Demonstrated knowledge/skills of current versions of PC/Mac hardware/software and operating systems Demonstrated knowledge/skills of PC/Mac troubleshooting (desktops/laptops/chromebooks)
Basic knowledge of networking configuration and troubleshooting
Demonstrated proficient skill using and supporting Google Suite Products/Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work on service tickets
Available to work occasional evening or weekend hours
Ability to work on team projects (organized work space and can provide follow-up on tickets/issues) A valid driver’s license with ability to travel to sites
Ability to lift equipment of up to 50lbs or more
