Special Education Personal Asst. Para - Middle School

OPEN POSITIONS:  Special Education Student Personal Asst. Classroom Paraprofessionals – Middle School

START DATE:                     August 2022
POSITION SALARY:          $13.96/hour - $15.51/hour (Depending on education)
 
PRIMARY FUNCTION:      To assist the teacher in a variety of ways to implement the
instructional program, including working directly with children.
180-day position
                                     
QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
•  ONE of the following qualifications:
  •  60 college credit hours
  •  Associate's degree or higher
  •  Missouri paraprofessional assessment passing score, or
  •  Completed Missouri's 20-hour online substitute training program
• Prefer prior experience working with children with special needs
• Effective oral and written communication skills
