The Role: Be the Difference We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Instructional Aides and Paraprofessionals. In this role, you aren’t just "support"—you are a vital part of the classroom ecosystem. You will work closely with lead teachers in General Education, Special Education (SPED), and Title 1 programs to ensure every child feels seen and supported. Your day-to-day will include: Empowering students to reach their academic milestones. Supporting the social and emotional growth of children in Kindergarten through 7th Grade. Providing 1-to-1 or small-group intervention to help students overcome learning hurdles. Partnering with a team of educators who are passionate about student success.
