Job Title: Early Childhood Educator
Reports to: WGECC Director
Hourly: $19.53 - $20.00
Work year: 12 month
Job Summary:
West Grand Early Childhood Care Center is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to provide a stimulating, safe and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children have the opportunity to develop cognitive, social emotional and physical skills.
Qualifications:
- Will work under the supervision of the Director.
- Post high school education, preferably in early childhood or education classes.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions:
- Strong communications, public relations and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide activities for children that encourage health growth.
- Knowledge of applicable safety procedures.
- Ability to provide a supportive and caring environment for children.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
