Harmony Grove School District (Ouachita)

Harmony Grove School District consists of two campuses. One is located in Camden, Arkanas and one is in Sparkman, Arkansas. Both campuses are small, rural, and contain K-6 and 7-12 campuses. There are approximately 1020 students enrolled, most of them at the Harmony Grove Campus. The schools are highly structured, disciplined, and dedicated to quality education as governed by a seven member board, six administrators, and a staff of 150. Classes are small. Salaries are competitive and some of the highest in this part of the state. The salary schedule allows for payment in increments for education attained and experience earned. The staff is stable with little turnover. Test scores are above average in most grades.
