Sweetwater County School District #2

Sweetwater County School District #2, Green River, WY serves approximately 2,515 students who live within its boundaries. The District provides for three K-4 elementary schools in the city limits and three rural schools located in the communities of Granger, McKinnon, and Thoman (Ranch School), one upper elementary, Grades 5-6, one middle school, 7-8, and one high school 9-12 and one alternative high school. The District also supplies Special Education for our students in practically all areas of need and concern. We employ approximately 237certified staff and 236 educational support personnel.
