Must hold a license issued by any agency.
The license position area must be in Food Services.
The license must be in one of the following grades: 6th, 7th, 8th.
The license status must be active.
Description
Essential Duties • Implements and enforces policies and procedures • Oversees employees' Professional Growth Plans • Supervises the preparation of all foods • Cooks food and cleans as required • Orders all food, materials, supplies • Serves meals as required • Operates all kitchen equipment • Keeps daily records as required • Maintains inventory control • Provides training to kitchen staff in all aspects of food service operation • Assigns job responsibilities and develops work schedules • Maintains cooperative relationship with school administration • Prepares special and regular reports in timely manner • Accounts for all funds and handles as required • Maintains standards of quality for sanitation, customer service, safety, and professional appearance • Operates the cash register/computer • Operates vending machine and completes related reports as required • Monitors financial status of unit • Implements financial controls to maintain profitability • Handles administration of rosters and pre-paid meals • Organizes/manages stockroom and cold storage • Attends meetings, special functions, in-services as required • Attends work daily and is engaged and on task • Maintains ServSafe Certification • Performs related work assigned
