School Nutrition Services - Donahoe Elementary
Must hold a license issued by any agency.
The license position area must be in Food Services.
The license must be in one of the following grades: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th.
The license status must be active.
• Operates all kitchen equipment • Prepares and portions food • Prepares serving line • Serves food • Must be proficient in all aspects of the computer operation/register • Collects payment for meals • Assists with administration of prepays and student account maintenance • Assists in counting funds, making deposits • Assists with record keeping • Stocks pantry and cold storage with food and supplies • Assists in storeroom and stock management including ordering food and supplies • Participates in daily clean-up of kitchen, equipment, and utensils • Attends work daily and is engaged and on task • Assists with catering • Attends meetings as required • Attends training sessions as required • Fills in for Managers and Assistant Managers as directed • Assists in implementing and enforcing all policies and guidelines • Assists in maintaining standards in food quality, customer service, sanitation, safety, and professional appearance • ServSafe Certified • Performs related work as assigned
