Real Academy High School is a new STEM charter school that opened in the fall of 2017. This charter school serves grades 9-12 and is located in the Real Salt Lake training center in Herriman Utah. Real Academy High School blends state of the art learning tools, STEM curriculum, classroom workshops, project-based learning, and meaningful relationships with teachers and coaches to build a state of the art high school.

Real Academy is designed for students of the 21st century. Real Academy encourages students to choose their path of study and their pace of advancement through project-based learning, STEM curriculum, college preparatory classes, and state-of-the-art online curriculum within a small, cohesive educational community.

Real Salt Lake Academy High School is looking for individuals who want to be a part of transforming this vision into a reality for our students. Who love to advance their own skills and education in order to keep up with the needs of the 21st-century learner. Individuals who have a love for collaboration, building relationships with students, and a coaching/mentoring attitude towards teaching their students will find this an exciting school to be a part of.

Salaries for this position will be competitive with local salaries and experience. This position is as an assistant to two students who live in the dorms at Real Salt Lake Academy and do classes through a live Google Meets program fro the classrooms they are a part of. Most of the time here is spent in helping students stay on task and showing them how to get the help they need to be successful.
