The Team You Will Join You’ll be part of the High School team, working closely with fellow English teachers, student support staff and school leadership. This team is responsible for delivering engaging standards-aligned instruction.

A Typical Day Looks Like While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:
Provide communication to students and parents via phone, messaging, text, and email to monitor progress and encourage engagement. Grade and evaluate student assignments, offering meaningful written feedback to support growth. Post course announcements and manage discussion boards to motivate participation and foster an interactive online learning environment. Participate in professional development, department meetings, and assist with administering standardized assessments as needed. Utilize the learning management system, Parent Student Portal, communication tools, and documentation systems to monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
This role balances independent work and collaboration and is well-suited for someone who enjoys supporting students, communicating clearly, managing details, and working with purpose.
