Title: Student Services Administrative Assistant Position Overview:
The Student Services Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Student Services Department, helping maintain compliance with applicable requirements related to Special Education, Section 504, Home Instruction, Medicaid processes, and student support services. This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
Experience in school division administrative support, finance, special education, or student services preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with educational data systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
