Must hold a license issued by any agency.
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Architecture, Drafting and Design, Biomedical, Communications, Computer Networking, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Construction, Electronics, Energy and Power, Engineering, Graphics/CAD, Industrial Systems, Information, Instructional, Materials and Manufacturing Processes, Transportation, Distribution and Logistics.
The license must be in one of the following grades: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The license status must be active.
Description
Responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of all career and technical education programs within the district. Develops and implements rigorous workforce and college preparation pathways in partnership with Utah institutions of higher education; Partners with School Principals, the SCSC (Student Career Success Center), and individual CTE teachers, to implement effective instructional practices with a focus on increased academic rigor and performance; Implements and administers Board Policies, federal and state laws, for the purpose of providing direction and/or complying with mandated requirements. Other duties as assigned.
