Must hold a license issued by Utah State Office of Education.
The license must be in one of the following types: Administrative/Supervisory (K-12) (Level 1), Administrative/Supervisory (K-12) (Level 2), Administrative/Supervisory (K-12) (Level 3).
The license position area must be in one of the following areas: Assistant Principal, Academic Coach, Assessment, Curriculum, Science.
The license must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th.
The license status must be active.

Position Title: Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Organization: Ignite Entrepreneurship Academy, 1650 W Traverse Terrace Drive, Lehi, UT Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Position Reports To: Executive Director Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and aligned with school leadership salary schedule Start Date: June 2025
About Ignite Entrepreneurship Academy:
Ignite Entrepreneurship Academy is seeking a mission-driven, collaborative, and strategic instructional leader to serve as the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment (CIA). This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the academic vision of the school by ensuring alignment of curriculum and instruction with Utah Core Standards, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and implementing a comprehensive assessment system. The Director also supports school-wide professional development and coaching and works closely with the instructional coach.
The Director of CIA works collaboratively with instructional teams to build capacity, drive continuous improvement, and foster a climate of positivity, trust, and professional growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong instructional knowledge, administrative capability, and a deep commitment to building strong, supportive relationships across the school community. As a member of the administrative team, this role includes additional leadership duties as assigned by the Executive Director and requires a strong understanding of the unique operations of a public charter school.
