Murray City School District Department of Special Education is looking for a person with a school psychology background to assist the department in the administration and interpretation of educational and psychological assessments including WISC-V, WAIS-V, BASC-3, ASRS, and more. Experience with Q-Interactive and Q-Global preferred. This person will work closely with district school psychologists and school social workers, Director of At-Risk Programs and other professionals. This person will be District Itinerant 2 days per week for District Assessment, Observation, and Consult needs and will be assigned 3 days to a school where they will provide School-Based Mental Health services to students at that school and support the School Team. Candidates should have experience providing assistance to children, youth and families. Ability to establish relationships and work cooperatively as a team member with school staff, parents, children, youth, community agencies and colleagues. Exhibit strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with an interagency interdisciplinary team coordinating family services. Possess knowledge of community resources, strengths-based assessment and documentation of interventions and activities. Provide case management coordination of multiple services and intervention on a weekly, bi-weekly and on an as needed basis for students & families.
