TOA-Teaching and Learning Coach for Science and The Arts

Science & The Arts:  The Teaching & Learning Coach for Science and The Arts supports all science, history and special area educators in improving instructional practices and student achievement through coaching, collaboration, and data-driven strategies. This role involves facilitating professional development, guiding lesson planning, and promoting effective use of curriculum and assessments aligned with the Danielson Framework. Coaches work closely with school and district leaders to implement initiatives and foster a culture of growth and equity in science, history and arts education. Candidates should have strong instructional expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to educational excellence.

This position includes an additional $7,200.00 to be added to the base salary
