Student Support Lead Teacher

JE Cosgriff Memorial Catholic School is seeking a Full-Time Student Support Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This position involves identifying and supporting students with diverse learning needs, leading a team of student support teachers, and fostering collaboration between parents, faculty, and administration.

Responsibilities:

*Identify and support students with learning differences *Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administration to develop and implement support plans *Lead a team of student support teachers by creating student groups and coordinating pull-out schedules *Work with students in small groups to reinforce learning and provide individualized support *Provide professional development for faculty on best practices for student support
