The job of Seasonal Hardwood Floor Crew is done for the purpose/s of providing hardwood floor maintenance at assigned sites using custodial equipment to perform hardwood floor resurfacing operations; assisting other maintenance staff may be required.

Essential Functions

• Operation of floor scrubbers and sanders
• Working with chemicals
• Extensive standing and walking
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit

Requirements:

• Age 16+
• Must have drivers license and access to a vehicle
