Description

Core Responsibilities:

Curriculum and Instruction:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Teach a variety of subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Use diverse teaching methods and strategies to cater to different learning styles. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and collaboration. Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student learning through various methods, including observations, assignments, tests, and projects. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.

Classroom Management: Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment. Manage student behavior effectively and address any discipline issues. Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and transitions. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other specialists to improve teaching practices and student outcomes. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Student Support: Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs. Provide individualized instruction and support to students who are struggling or excelling. Encourage students to develop positive attitudes towards learning and achieve their full potential.
