NUAMES Early College High School is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Head Secretary to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, provide essential support to school leadership, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. This role is critical to maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. Job expectations would be as follows:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and correspondence. • Oversee office operations, including scheduling, purchasing, payroll, record-keeping, and supply management, and securing substitute teachers when a teacher is absent. • Manage and organize school records using spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems. • Create, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Google suite • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and events for school leadership and staff. • Communicating effectively both orally and in writing with school administrators, staff, parents, students, etc.
