Elementary Instructional Coach

Full time with benefits. Begins August 2025. Must have a current teaching license, at least 5 years of successful teaching experience, an effective rating or better on last teaching evaluation, and coaching endorsement. Literacy and math endorsements preferred. Instructional Coaches work collaboratively through staff development for teachers and teams to effectively integrate instructional strategies to increase effectiveness of instruction, student engagement, collaboration/workflow, and data-based decision making.
