Special Education Elementary Teacher Freedom Preparatory Academy, a well-established and accredited K-12 public charter school, is seeking dedicated and passionate full-time Special Education teachers for our Provo elementary campus for Fall 2025. We are hiring for: ?? Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher – Support students with mild to moderate disabilities through specialized instruction and targeted interventions. ?? Intensive Needs Special Education Teacher – Work with students requiring higher levels of support, focusing on life skills, functional academics, and positive behavior interventions in a structured, supportive environment. Provide specialized instruction, interventions, and accommodations per students’ IEPs in a small group setting. ? Conduct relevant academic assessments ? Write compliant IEPs and eligibility documentation. ? Maintain student records and complete quarterly progress reports. ? Train and supervise paraeducators to ensure consistency in services. ? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success. Qualifications: ?? Bachelor’s degree ?? Valid Utah teaching license with a Special Education endorsement ??
