Description
Applicant must be licensed as Special Education Teacher at the high school level with a severe endorsement. Applicants need to be confident, adaptable, and able to creatively problem solve when unique situations arise. The applicant chosen will work closely with the rest of the special education team and the assistant principal who oversees the SPED department.
Required: Utah Special Education License with SPED-Severe Endorsement.
The teacher will work with a single student and have two special education paraeducators. Each of these future employees will need to secure MANDT/ASPEN training as soon as possible once hired.

UTAH STATE RETIREMENT
Benefit eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option, which is a combination of a pension with a 401k plan, or the 401k option if you choose.
