Position: 3rd Grade Teacher Campus: Black Mountain Elementary School Year: 2024-25 (July 8, 2024-May 21, 2025)

Compensation: Certified Teachers (148 contracted days) July 10, 2024 – May 21, 2025 Pay Range of $37,075 - $48,975 **Plus Prop 301 Money** *Prop 301 money to base of $6,750. A portion of this amount may be paid bi-weekly; $3,750 to be paid in one lump sum in November 2024. **In addition to base pay, certified teaching staff are eligible for an additional $3,750 in Prop 301 performance pay, to be paid out in June 2025.

If you like nature, you have the opportunity to enjoy the spring flowers just outside Oatman, AZ approximately 30 minutes west of Kingman and also get to experience forestry and wildlife year-round - including snow in the winter - just 20 minutes away in the Hualapai Mountains. Also, Lake Havasu City, AZ is only one hour away from Kingman and is a hot spot for tourism and a popular location during Spring Break.
