Prior coaching experience: Preferred/Not Required

Current teachers under contract with Granite School District do not need to apply to be a Volunteer Coach.  Please contact the school and make them aware of your coaching interest.

Job Summary
Applicant will be responsible for directing a competitive sport program and meeting the UHSAA requirements for the program.
•Must be able to build a positive working relationship with students, school staff, administration, parents and the community. 
•Candidate must have the ability to continue a program with strong traditions, and have the skills necessary to work with an involved community.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Utah Concussion Training certification through NFHS

All coaches must undergo and clear a criminal background check prior to serving in a coaching position. The applicant is responsible for the cost of the background check.. The fee for the background check must be paid in at time of fingerprinting.  Exact cash  or Visa/MasterCard is accepted as payment.
