Utah International Charter School is a unique small secondary school soon to enter its 10th year of operation in South Salt Lake City. Our mission is to empower English language learners in grades 6 to 12, including refugees, immigrants, and American-born students, with rigorous academic content made accessible to all students in a student-centered environment. We are seeking a highly qualified physics teacher to join our teaching team immediately. Responsibilities * Plan and implement accessible and challenging curriculum and daily lessons in physics and academic advisory. * Manage a caring, respectful, student-centered classroom. * Work effectively with diverse English language learners. * Participate meaningfully in teacher team and professional development activities. * Other duties as assigned.
