NOTE:  Current or most recent employment contact information is required.  Please complete the EXPERIENCE section before submitting application.

School Volunteers may have significant unsupervised access to students.  This requires School Volunteers to clear a background check prior to serving
as a volunteer.  Fingerprint cost is the responsibility of the volunteer and is paid for at the time of fingerprinting.  Exact cash, Visa or Mastercard can be 
accepted as payment.
