Hall Supervisor - Uintah High School

POSITION:  PART-TIME HALL SUPERVISOR – UINTAH HIGH SCHOOL
(UP TO 29.5 HOURS PER WEEK, VOUCHER POSITION, NO BENEFITS)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor halls, commons, bathrooms, and all community spaces within the building
• Keep halls clear and students moving
• Encourage positive hallway behavior through praise and rewards
• De-escalate and manage inappropriate behaviors
• Develop relationships and connections with students
• Report chronically tardy students
• Check and monitor bathroom/hall pass logs
• Keep students out of academic halls during lunch
• Parking lot supervision
• Traffic duty in the morning 7:25-7:45

 
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma
• Utah Elementary Teacher Certificate preferred but not mandatory
• Must hold Associate’s degree or have 48 semester hours of college credit OR must have passed or be willing to pass the ParaPro test immediately upon hire
