The license must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th.
The license status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Description
The Intervention Specialist is responsible for bringing evidence-based practices into classrooms by working with and supporting teachers and administration with the goal of increasing student engagement, improving student achievement, and building teacher capacity. He or she works as a colleague with classroom teachers to support student learning. This position is a 0.69% FTE and will split time between Morgan Elementary and Morgan Middle Schools.
