P/T Foreign Language Teacher (French prefered)

Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is currently seeking a part-time Foreign Language teacher for the 2023-2024 school year, beginning August 2023. Our Foreign Language teacher serves as a dynamic and engaging communicator able to bring languages to life in the classroom. We are seeking a person who is passionate about world languages and for guiding children spiritually, academically, and morally. Candidates should have strong communication skills, and ability to work with students of varying ages as well as faculty, staff, and parents.

Essential Responsibilities; 1. Passion for teaching Languages. 2. Background in World Language teaching and/or degree in a World Language or related field. 3. Ability to build positive connections with students. 4. Demonstrated ability to work in teams of adults. 5. High energy, sense of fun, love of teaching/learning. 6. Communicate well with all stakeholders. 7. Ability/implement to develop an appropriate and challenging curriculum for your students. 8. Conduct yourself professionally within the Blessed Sacrament Catholic School community. 9. Model a faith-filled life and the Blessed Sacrament Catholic School mission statement.
