Must hold a certificate issued by Florida Department of Education.
The certificate must be in Professional Certificate.
The certificate position area must be in one of the following areas: English, Journalism, Reading, Reading Specialist, Reading/Language Arts, Early Intervention Specialist, Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Special Education (General).
The certificate must be in one of the following grades: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active.
Description
•Coordinate with other Coaches and administrators in supervising data gathering, aid in creating intervention strategies, provide guidance to teachers and staff, and organize professional growth opportunities. •Personalized guidance through small group intervention sessions. Maintains an ESE IEP caseload of students based on grade-level assignments. •Model demonstration lessons, facilitate co-teaching, and engage in curriculum development focused on standards-based instruction. •Organize staff development sessions that prioritize the implementation of reading instruction/intervention to improve overall learning outcomes. Facilitate collaborative instructional planning. •Performs other duties as assigned by the school principal.
