High School Teacher (Hourly) - Medical Assisting Classroom Assistant (2023-2024)

REQUIRED:
Medical Assisting certificate (OR RN preferred)
BLS/CPR Certification (or be willing to get certified upon hire)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with student clinical labs (injections, phlebotomy, specimen collection, etc)
Assist with passing off student clinical skills 
Assist in training and certifying students for BLS/CPR/First Aid
Track required documentation for externships including immunizations and background checks
Manage student externship placements
Assist with administrative and secretarial work, as needed
Assist with HOSA activities throughout the year (including attending the overnight State HOSA Competition)
Teaching/subbing, as needed

Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 7:30 am to 2 pm (times and days may vary, depending on lesson plans for the week)
