JOB SUMMARY: The High School Teacher is an instructional leader who creates a positive learning environment where students develop the skills to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, lifelong learners and productive citizens. A teacher maintains a safe environment; establishes rapport with students, parents and colleagues; motivates pupils to develop attitudes and knowledge that will help them reach their potential and be prepared for higher levels of education.
