Career Path High, an established charter school located in Kaysville, Utah, is accepting applications for a full-time Secondary Special Education Teacher for the upcoming 2023-2024 School Year.

Career Path High is a Blended Learning Flex model. Our blended learning model removes restrictions that formerly have been defined by traditional education, empowering students with maximum flexibility over time, place, path and pace.

Job duties include creating and implementing Specialized Instruction for students with disabilities; being familiar with the Dynamic Learning Maps and Essential Elements; collaborating with General Education teachers to ensure modifications and accommodations are met; developing Individualized Education Programs for each student on caseload; collecting data and progress monitoring; preparing IEPs and conducting IEP meetings.
