High School Teacher FT - Internship /Work-Based Learning (2023-2024)
No teaching license is required. Teaching or business experience and applicants with a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
The internship program allows students to enhance their education by learning from professionals in the community. The internship teacher will provide placement assistance, develop strong relationships within the community and local industries, and help students develop workplace skills critical to their future success. Professionalism, organization, and problem-solving are key skills for this position.
Candidates must be willing to partner with CTE Teachers at other high schools in the Jordan School District to reach common goals.

UTAH STATE RETIREMENT
Benefit eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option, which is a combination of a pension with a 401k plan, or the 401k option if you choose.
