Job Description:
Venture High School is seeking a part-time dance teacher and dance team leader for the 2023-2024 school year. We are a charter school serving grades 9th-12th with a student population of approximately 350 students. Come join our dynamic students, great administration team, and awesome teachers at Venture High!
Hours: 2 classes, approx. 2 hours every other day or one hour every day with additional hours for competitions and preparation for competitions)
More specific duties include but are not limited to:
-Overseeing successful implementation of two dance classes (beginning and team/advanced) -Effectively and compassionately teach and interact with students -Coaching and leading the dance team including in competition
