Middle School Religion Teacher

J.E. Cosgriff Memorial Catholic School in Salt Lake City is seeking energetic and committed Middle School Teachers to join our incredible 6th, 7th & 8th grade team. We are looking for professionals who will positively contribute to our school community and mission. The position could be full or part-time depending on responsibilities accepted. Teachers collaborate with colleagues to meet student needs and support growth. Excellent curriculum design, instructional strategies, classroom management and communication skills needed.

Our 6th, 7th and 8th grade religion teacher is responsible for the diocesan grade level curriculum as well as 8th grade preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation and service work. There is one class for each grade for three total classes. The teacher must be able to coordinate with the St. Ambrose pastor, the Director of Religious Education and Director of Music and Liturgy. Candidates must be Catholic and basic catechist certified or willing to complete the online coursework.
