Director of Operations

TITLE:  Director of Operational Resources  (Telecommute Eligible)
CLASSIFICATION:  Exempt (Director II OPS)
SALARY RANGE:  $76,520.00 - $117,989.00

REPORTS TO:  Chief Operations Officer

SUPERVISES:  Maintenance, Transportation, Food Service, Community Resources, Construction,
Facility Operations and Safety
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Minimum of 3 years prior administrative experience in the area of
operational management preferably in the public sector.  BA in appropriate field related to area of
assignment.  Equivalent combination of education and experience may be sufficient to successfully
perform the essential duties of the job.
