Description
DaVinci Elementary is a public charter school located in the heart of Ogden, Utah. We are a small school of 340 k-6th grade students. Class sizes are capped at 24 students. At Davinci, we believe the students are the heart of the school. We utilize various curriculum that gets students working in small groups, wondering about the world around them, and being active members in our greater Ogden community. Teachers are encouraged to bring new ideas and strategies to meet the needs of our students and also have a strong voice in the educational decisions that are being made.
We are looking for an educator who understands the strong connection of play based learning and early childhood development. We believe our kinder teachers are not only educating the student but also helping the student to understand the world around them.
We also provide a full time aide who will assist you and the other Kinder teacher to run small groups, recess time, one on one support, copies and more. DaVinci teachers are given full health benefits, 401K retirement and a 5% match, as well as competitive salary.
