Description
Venture High is accepting applications for a full-time English teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Do you want to work somewhere great? Venture High (9-12) is located in Marriott-Slaterville (Ogden), UT, across the street from Venture Academy (K-8).

Duties include: Teaching English courses 9-12 grade (details at interview or by email inquiry); Developing or refining existing curriculum, instruction, and assessment associated with courses; Regular attendance at professional development sessions. Working collaboratively with existing department members. Engaging in unique Venture programming such as Intensives (you pick a high interest topic and teach a two week class, Crew (teacher-led student community group, etc.) Demonstrating a collaborative attitude and creative can-do spirit. Incorporating a growth-mindset approach to professional duties and student learning.
