Provide excellent customer service at front desk including professionally greeting all guests/team members/families in person and on the phone, assisting with questions/information requests, collecting and logging childcare payments, and completing initial inquiry form for potential new clients. Provide general office support including draft correspondence, fax, copy, e-mail, scan, setting up meetings and maintenance of calendars and gatekeeper/problem solver. Performs other duties as assigned.
