Enrollment / Intake Coordinator
The Enrollment Coordinator is the first point of contact for potential students seeking to enroll at UCP Charter Schools.
Follow up with new referrals for potential UCP Charter School students received via Brightwheel/direct phone calls within 48 hours via e-mail or return phone call. Document all communication in Brightwheel/notify campus Family Services team. Set up campus tours utilizing Campus Tour Schedule Provide information to parent on enrollment process/paperwork requirements. Upload any submitted enrollment documentation to Brightwheel. Provide follow up info to parents as requested. Provide weekly statistics on number of referrals, tours and enrollment. Perform other duties as assigned.
