Reading Coach/Resource Elementary

Qualifications:  Holds a valid Florida Educator's Certificate or eligible for a Florida certificate in Elementary Education, ESE, or reading.  Reading Coaches are required to achieve Reading Endorsement within two (2) years of appointment.  Experience:  Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience and/or training in the field related to the title of the position. Additional Requirements:  Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills; requires in-depth knowledge and proven strategies in developing reading skills.
