Director of Human Resource
Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, Master’s Degree preferred; four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preference for a Utah Administrative License.
Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Human Resource Director will be responsible for human resource management throughout San Juan School District. They will be directly responsible for the employment of all personnel and the administration of policies and procedures associated with personnel and employment procedures and practices.
Placed on Administrative Salary Schedule Range 46.
Full time, 8 hours per day, 12-month contract (237 days)
Must submit an application, resume, copy of valid administrative license, 3 letters (2 current) of reference, and transcripts.
