Qualifications
Education and Experience -
- One year of specialized training provided through trade or technical school related to the maintenance and construction fields, facilities management, and construction management AND
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in building construction, and building maintenance requiring skill in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other related fields OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
May be required to obtain an International Plumbing Code certification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs a variety of journey level skilled duties as needed to complete various maintenance work. Maintains, installs, and repairs various indoor and outdoor plumbing components, equipment, and facilities. Performs certified water and septic system maintenance. Performs sampling and compiles state reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Salary
Range 18: $24.93/hr.
Hours
40 hours per week (4/10 schedule). Full time, year round.
