• Recruit Lifesavers for reading in the Elementary Schools
• Meet with individual teachers to create plans for students being tutored by our volunteers
• Create a schedule and maintain contact with the volunteers
• Meet with the volunteers to ensure all needs are being met, both for the student and volunteer

• Review monthly expectations with teachers
• Set monthly STREAM goals for each school
• Review written or video goals from each teacher
• Meet with individual teachers to discuss monthly goal and plan for the following month based on individual needs
• Report back to UVA coach on a monthly basis
• Review needs list for teachers for the upcoming month
• Purchase and deliver items needed for coming lessons

• Inform teachers of testing dates and expectations
• Ensure teachers have materials needed for testing
• Follow up with data based on grade level criteria

• Meet with teachers on a monthly basis to review standards and expectations for the Pre-k/Preschool programs
• Order materials needed to maintain STREAMin3 needs and classroom supplies
• Maintain communication with teachers to ensure needs are being met as well as STREAMin3 curriculum questions or concerns
• Update on testing dates and materials needed

• Monthly newsletter with dated activities
• Greet parents upon visiting the parent resource center and guide them to locate materials or information needed
• Follow up with parents to ensure that they are getting what they need

• Meet with lead teachers for each school concerning Waterford
• Schedule PD sessions that are provided for through our contract
• Visit with schools to make sure they are meeting goals for usage
