Description
Provide the CFS director with support. Provide academic services for all students in need Provide student management and motivation on an as-needed basis. Analyze student progress using grade reports and other tools and communicate with students, teachers, staff and parents on a regular basis regarding academic progress. Develop and maintain an academic success plan with/for students Coordinate and attend Saturday School when needed Attend meetings, collaborate with UMA teams Assist with home visits Participate in school events Assist in grant research and report to Superintendent Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with cadets, parents/guardians, teachers, counselors, and community members. Have the ability to listen and discern individual student/family educational needs while being able to see the big picture Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and google docs and able to quickly learn new technology while maintaining excellent organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills with great attention to detail and while keeping accurate, organized records. Perform administrative tasks related to the CFS program. Other duties as assigned.
