Cadet and Family Support Team Lead

Provide leadership to CW CFS staff Collaborate and report to CFS Supervisor Identify and provide services and referrals to cadets and families Student attendance accountability Coordinate the CFS weekly meeting with staff Compile data for the end-of-year benchmark results Assist in grant and funding research for the Superintendent Assist with Future Field Days Participate in school events Cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with parents/guardians, staff, teachers, counselor community members, and students UTA Bus pass distribution Coordinate weekend backpack program
