Qualifications: - Preference given for understanding of Montessori Philosophy - Prior teaching and administrative experience - Leadership experience with demonstrated exemplary results and experience with program development - Strong project and staff management experience - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Goal oriented - Open to diverse ideas and cultures - Collaborator - Technology literate - Experience working with a budget - Clear and compelling communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and maintain positive community relations - Adept at analyzing data to improve student and staff achievement - Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Open mindedness - Strong people skills - Pleasant demeanor and sense of humor - Ability and willingness to organize and/or participate in marketing activities to attract future Maria Montessori Academy students.
