Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited professional degree program
An active Utah Physical Therapist License.
An active Utah Driver's License
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
The Physical Therapist is a related service provider who evaluates or provides services to students who have or are suspected of having a disability as defined under IDEA or Section 504. The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment/evaluation, planning, goal development, documentation, intervention, and equipment management designed to increase student's ability to benefit from special education and participate in the general curriculum.
Salary
Placed on the Licensed salary schedule + $10,000 stipend for license.
Hours
Full time, 183 days. To begin August 2022
